About Us

Growing up on the beaches of Cornwall, husband and wife, Rich and Cass Duckett, developed a love and respect for the ocean and countryside. They visited Australia and were captivated by the natural beauty of the flora, fauna, countryside and coast of the Rainbow region. In 2003 they emigrated and settled in the Northern Rivers.

In 2004, Rich and Cass founded Crystal Clean Northern Rivers, a specialist cleaning company offering an ethical alternative to regular cleaning services. The philosophy of the business and that of Rich and Cass is to provide a high quality cleaning service, using eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques.
